Deb Roussou began her culinary indoctrination at the age of four in her grandmother's restaurant in Santa Cruz, California. Her family later opened a Greek restaurant, where she discovered a natural talent and love for cooking. Years of cultural exploration further expanded her cooking repertoire. A former co-owner of Savory Fare Catering, a successful Sacramento based company, Deb now divides her time between food consulting and writing cookbooks. Travel in the Americas and abroad continues to expand her culinary horizons and reminds her to try new things. Her favorite food is green chile anything and her happiest time is spent in the kitchen with her family and close friends.
