For all the visual people out there...this is the book for you. Art directors by nature learn visually by doing so when I found this series and reviewed it I knew I had found the right reference book. Easily laid out so that you see each menu for each step of the process. Not a long lengthy text description but a visual step by step execution of the event you wish to achieve. Great for learning the program for the first time of for those who have also worked in them for a long time a great reference for the actions you don't perform often.

It's a good book, but I think some of the things in it are redundant. The way it is set up, unless you absolutely have no clue as to how to use a computer, is very repetitive. I would have bought the Adobe Classroom in a Book version instead if I had the choice from the start.

Not a 5 star book in my opinion, but close. Excellent for people who learn visually such as my self but is all around rough around the edges. It is missing something and I am not sure what that something is. I do like the book enough and decided to keep it because it was sold at a good price.
