I ordered a used book for .87 cents and received a new one for $12 plus change. I was overall satisfied with speed of delivery and the condition of the merchandise. Because the dollar amount was small, it did not present a problem. The book is very helpful for a tech challenged person like myself. Be sure to read the fine print.
