- The method of free shipping is UPS Ground. If you want to use a different shipping method, the free shipping offer will not apply to your order.
- Your shipping address must be in the United States.
- This offer is only valid for books purchased on QuePublishing.com. It is not valid for any other site that QuePublishing.com owns or operates, nor is it valid for any third-party sites associated with QuePublishing.com.
- This offer is available for a limited time and can end without notice. If you add books to your shopping cart before the promotion ends, and buy these books after the promotion ends, you will not receive free shipping.

**International shipping rates vary based on the destination country. To determine rates, please add the item(s) you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Step one of the checkout process will ask for your shipping address, once you have filled this information in and hit "continue" your shipping charge will be displayed. You may still choose not to place your order at this time by simply closing out of the shopping cart. No credit card information is required to view shipping information.
UPS has confirmed that there is a temporary suspension of all non-document shipments to private individuals in the Russian Federation. If you ship a non-document shipment to an individual at this time it will be returned, even if a work or home address is provided.
APO & FPO Addresses
If shipping to an APO/FPO please select AA, AE or AP as your state and enter APO or FPO in the city field. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. Delivery may take as long as 4 to 5 weeks. Priority Mail is a non-traceable service and does not have guaranteed delivery times. Priority mail is free.
Shipping Stipulations and Restrictions
If your order is shipping Internationally (outside of the U.S.) it may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Que Publishing has no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they will be. Any charge that might be incurred is the customer's responsibility. For further information please contact your local customs office.
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
Backordered Products
We will notify you if one of your selections is on backorder, and retain this backorder for out of stock products for 30 days. If the product is not back in stock after this period, we will notify you so that you may make another selection. If the product is back in stock within 30 days, we will fulfill the original order. Note that some of your order of multiple products is out of stock, the in stock items will be shipped right away.
You can always cancel your order while you are waiting for it to get back in stock. Simply e-mail your request to informit@custhelp.com. Please be sure to include your order number with your request.
Billing
Along with your shipment, you will receive an invoice documenting product charges, applicable sales tax, and shipping charges. Your invoice will state that you have prepaid your order by credit card. Your credit card will not be billed until the product ships.
Sales Tax
Que Publishing is required to collect state sales tax for orders shipped to most states.

When you purchase an eBook from QuePublishing.com, you will receive a link in your Order Confirmation e-mail to download the PDF, or access the watermarked PDF via your Account page. Read our Watermarked FAQ.

Before downloading this DRM-encrypted PDF, be sure to:

Returns
Electronic Goods. eBooks, digital audio, digital videos, or other digital goods may not be returned for a refund. We do not offer a refund policy because it is impossible to return a digital good.
Physical Goods. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your book(s), unopened CDs, unopened DVDs, or unopened software, in resalable condition and with the original receipt, within 30 days for a full refund. Products should be shipped prepaid via a traceable method such as UPS. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice with the book(s), and be sure to include your full name and address on the outside of the package.
